4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: Product availability, errors in Product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your location.

  • Standard Shipping (Paid): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Service Area: We ship to most regions worldwide. Deliveries to remote areas or certain Asian regions may be excluded or subject to extended timelines.
• You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
