TOJIRO Nakiri Damascus is made for one purpose – chopping vegetables. If you prepare and cook a lot of veggies, but already have a knife for cutting meat/fish (or you are a vegan/vegetarian), a nakiri knife is a great choice for your needs. The excellent VG-10 steel with the hardness of 61 HRC is clad into 62 layers of softer stainless steel with the Damascus pattern, making every knife a unique looking piece.
The blade extends into a traditional Japanese round Wa handle made of magnolia wood with a buffalo horn ferrule. The handle has an emphasized angle for a better grip, which makes it more suitable for right-handed users.
