Leather Razor Strop works a bit differently from other leather strops and needs extension pressure before use. For applying the pressure, you need an anchor point on one side and grip the handle on the other side. These type of leather strops are perfect not just for removing the burr, but also for polishing convex blades and sharpening razors.
Leather strop is used at the very end of the sharpening process to remove the remainder of the burr from the blade. It will give a blade that extra-fine/smooth sharpness. Nothing puts that final edge on a knife better than a leather strop.
For an even better result and higher polish, we highly recommend applying polishing compound to your leather strop.
