[SET] Strop ‘N’ Polish

Strop ‘N’ Polish is a great gift set for an avid knife sharpener. While professional sharpeners will very likely already own a leather strop and some kind of polishing paste, beginners and intermediate sharpeners will likely need one.

Leather strop [1-sided] is an integral part of the knife sharpening process, we use it to remove the remainder of the burr from the blade and to get that smooth, polished edge.

Koyo polishing paste (smaller chunk) will help with removing the burr and adding a high polish to your newly sharpened edge. Simply rub this green block on the surface of the leather strop until the leather is slightly green in color.
